I set out on this journey in 2018, a dream to make the best and highest quality, one of a kind artisan seasonings, rubs and sauces. I endeavored to keep them pure and free of fillers, binders and preservatives or MSG. We have kept our oath to do this since day one.
I’ve served many years as a cook in steakhouses and also head waiter. In 2018-2019 I earned experience and education in catering and in culinary arts. We started with one seasoning and today we have 12 seasonings and rubs, four sauces, compound butters, smoked cheeses, jerky’s, breakfast sausages and more coming soon!-Big Kahuna
