If you like this, you should try “Samoan Steak Black”. It’s all the things we love about this with a coarse “chefs grind” of black pepper blended in.

•Smokin’ Gun – It’s gritty. It’s complex. It’s both barrels of BBQ flavor for your favorite cut of pork or chicken. This rub is a favorite many because of its complexity and sweetness. A Texas style BBQ feel and flavor.

•Wild Hogs – Sometimes a name says it all. This is sweet and spicy. It brings a little heat but not over the top. The chili and garlic stand tall in this blend. Killer on pork and chicken. This is the spicier of our 2 BBQ rubs and favored by many.

•Honey Garlic – It’s honey sweet with a hint of garlic. This shines on chicken, turkey breast, pork, shrimp.

I set out on this journey in 2018, a dream to make the best and highest quality, one of a kind artisan seasonings, rubs and sauces. I endeavored to keep them pure and free of fillers, binders and preservatives or MSG. We have kept our oath to do this since day one.

I’ve served many years as a cook in steakhouses and also head waiter. In 2018-2019 I earned experience and education in catering and in culinary arts. We started with one seasoning and today we have 12 seasonings and rubs, four sauces, compound butters, smoked cheeses, jerky’s, breakfast sausages and more coming soon!-Big Kahuna🤙🏽
